Job Description:
As an Inclusive Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom that recognizes and supports the diverse needs of our students. You will implement developmentally appropriate curricula, promote social-emotional growth, and encourage creativity and exploration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that reflect the diverse backgrounds and interests of students.
Foster a supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.
Collaborate with parents and community members to enhance the learning experience.
Utilize culturally responsive teaching strategies to engage students and promote inclusivity.
Assess and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children with different learning styles and abilities.
Encourage open dialogue and discussions around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field [or equivalent experience].
Experience teaching in a diverse classroom setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of culturally responsive pedagogy and diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues.
