Building on the multicultural and multilingual richness of the Paso del Norte region, the College of Education (https://www.utep.edu/education/) strives to model transformative, boundary-crossing education with strategic foci that include equity and social justice, learning in transnational and diverse contexts, bilingualism and biliteracy, and university-community partnerships.
