The School of Humanities and Sciences (H&S) is the foundation of a liberal arts education at Stanford. The school encompasses 23 departments and 25 interdisciplinary programs. H&S is home to fundamental and applied research, where free, open, and critical inquiry is pursued across disciplines. As the university's largest school, H&S serves as the foundation of a Stanford undergraduate education no matter which discipline students pursue as a major. Graduate students work alongside world-renowned faculty to pursue and shape foundational research that leads to breakthroughs and discoveries that shed new light on the past, influence the present, and shape the future. Together, faculty and students in H&S engage in inspirational teaching, learning, and research every day.

The Department of Psychology seeks a full time Team Manager (TM)/ Social Science Research Professional. The TM will assist with the recruitment infrastructure of the research conducted in the lab, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks to support the maintenance of the lab. Finally, the TM will be involved in the collection of scientific data. This position is renewable with the potential for long-term employment.

Other optional opportunities: The TM may have opportunities to attend relevant workshops/conferences for additional training.

The successful applicant must be able to maintain warm relationships with families and be an expert at interacting with babies. Additionally, this person must show facility in recruiting and interacting with minoritized communities. The TM should have working knowledge of MS Office and good organizational and communication skills. Frequent email and phone communication will be necessary and keeping organized (scheduling and record-keeping) is an essential part of the job.
